Schidler College Resurfacing Concrete

UH Manoa Schidler College of Business Common Area

Asbestos Removal and Non-Slip Coating on Concrete

A common area at the UH Manoa Schidler College of Business was in need of concrete resurfacing. However there was asbestos material mixed in the concrete requiring the removal of the hazardous material.

Following the state of Hawaii safety regulations for the college, we used demolition techniques that allowed our team to perform the necessary work without stirring up hazardous dust. The activities of the college continued as normal without any interference from our team.

The final phase of the concrete resurfacing project was the application of an elastomeric non-slip coating.
